Canvasser & Customer Excellence 

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead generation: Identify and research potential clients or customers through various channels such as online databases, social media, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Prospecting and outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to introduce the company’s products or services and generate interest.
  3. Develop and implement customer service strategies: Create and execute plans to enhance customer service delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and drive customer loyalty.
  4. Product presentation and negotiations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and conduct sales negotiations
  5. Develop customer engagement initiatives: Create and implement programs to increase customer engagement and foster long-term relationships with the organization.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. Customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  3. Empathy and patience: Ability to empathize with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  4. Adaptability, technology proficiency: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales productivity tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
  5. Resilience, results-oriented: Ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
  6. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field is often preferred. Experience in managing customer excellence programs or initiatives is a plus.

Social Media & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

  1. Social media strategy and management: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives and target audience, maintain social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement.
  2. Content planning-scheduling, and creation: Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and regular flow of content across social media channels. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, for various social media platforms.
  3. Trend monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to leverage new opportunities and optimize content strategy.
  4. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and use data insights to optimize content and strategies.
  5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand guidelines including influencer partnerships
  6. Content optimization and advertising: Optimize content for search engine visibility, engagement, and shareability, utilizing relevant keywords and industry best practices including executing social media advertising campaigns

  4. Brand awareness: Understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain brand consistency across different social media channels.
  5. Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
  6. Time management and organization: Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  7. Collaboration and teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, provide creative input, and adapt to feedback.
  8. Knowledge of digital marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media advertising is a plus.
